How To Prepare Items for Sale
- In effort to save you time and effort no prelimary sign-up required!
- Must contribute at least ten items to participate in the preview sale.
- Only current styles in great condition will be accepted.
- Sizes 0 – Juniors
- Spring / Summer and transitional clothing only.
Don't forget: Sets sell. Combine your clothing into outfits and watch your sales increase. - Boutique quality BEDDING only accepted during Spring sale.
- Not accepting underwear, socks, tights, belts, hats, maternity clothes, bath/potty seats, diaper genies or stuffed animals. Click here for other suggestions and tips for increasing your sales!
TAGGING AND PRICING ITEMS
Tag your items on ½ of a 3X5 index card (See example)
Please do not use small, medium or large for size.
All items (not just clothing) must be at least $3.00 in .50 cent increments.
Safety pin tags on left side of garment (over your heart) – please do not use small pins (ex: small gold pins)
Place masking tape with code number inside garment.
METAL HANGERS ONLY!!! Hook must be facing left (See example)
Pin waistband of pants to the top of the hanger using two pins.
Use RED ink if you DO NOT want your items marked down on discount days.
SORT ITEMS BY SEX AND SIZE (THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED!)
ITEMS OTHER THAN CLOTHING
CODE NUMBER
Last four digits of phone number and first letter of last name. (See example)
If your phone number changes keep your original code number.
PAYCHECKS AND ITEMS NOT SOLD
Pick up unsold items on March 8th. Pick-up and payday will be March 8th.
Items not picked up will be donated to charity the next day.
A participation fee of $7.00 will be deducted from each check.
